摘要
"核心—边缘"理论建立一种圈层化的认知模型,能够较好的解释随着时间的推移,区域空间结构发生的变化。将该认知模型映射至高校学生工作,可以发现学生群体同样存在着类似"核心—边缘"的结构模型。高校辅导员在开展学生工作中应该既注重培育"核心"学生群体,形成创先争优的良好氛围,同时要积极带动"边缘"学生群体发展,以促进学生整体的"联动一体化"发展。
The core-periphery theory establishes a layered cognitive model that explains well the change of regional spatial structure with the passing of time.The paper believes that this cognitive model applies to the management of college student because the group has a similar core-periphery structure.College advisors should place great importance on the development of"core"students,encouraging them to compete and excel.At the same time,"peripheral"students should also be nudged and assisted to move forward with the core students so the whole group of college students develop in a coordinated and integrated manner.
