摘要
高校联盟资源共享是当前我国地方高校健康发展的有效途径,以地方高校发展环境为背景,分析发展高校联盟的动因,继而提出高校联盟的可行性与障碍性,并选取博弈论视角分析高校联盟资源共享的可行点,据此构建高校联盟资源共享的地方特色高水平高校建设体系;基于不同视角分析,认为发展高校联盟有利于整合高校资源,有效转移高校的过剩资源投入,缓解投入不足等,实现资源的优化配置;依据已有研究文献和逻辑推理,探讨了发展高校联盟所需的外在条件,以及实现高校联盟的基础路径。
To build college unions and resource sharing is conducive to the healthy growth of less significant institutions of higher education in China. Given constraints facing such institutions,this paper identifies the driving forces of colleges unions,pros and cons of such proposals,and cites the game theory to prove the unions both imperative and feasible. The authors have come to the conclusion that join college unions and share resources is an integral part of the formula for less privileged colleges to prosper in China. Based on the analysis from different angles,the paper holds that the development of colleges and universities alliance is conducive to the integration of the resources of colleges and universities,and to the transfer of the surplus resources and alleviating the lack of investment in order to achieve optimal allocation of resources.According to the existing research literature and logical reasoning,the paper discusses the development of College League required external conditions,as well as the realization of the basic path of the higher alliance.
