摘要
心理契约作为管理心理学的一个范畴,可应用于高校学生的管理工作中。将心理契约理论引入学生管理工作,充分发挥学生的自主性、自律性,突出学生在学生管理工作中的作用,更强调了学生管理工作的"以人为本"的时代特性。从心理学和管理学的角度丰富了高校学生管理工作的理论,为高校学生工作者提供了一个新的视角,刚柔并济,提高管理效率,实现和大学生的有效沟通,用无形的契约方式促进有效管理。
As a subject under the category of managerial psychology, psychological contract could be applied to college student management."To bring the theory of psychological contract into student work would give full play to student work wto student autonomy and self-discipline , and highlight the role of student in student work.In addition,the theory emphasizes that the feature of student work is “ people- oriented” .It enriches the theory of college student work from the aspects of psychology and management, and provides educators with a new perspective , which is flexible,eficient and effective.In summary,the theory promotes effective management in an invisible contract.
