摘要
青年大学生是国家和民族的未来,学生工作是高校教学工作重要的组成部分,而学生的心理问题日益凸显,应该引起高校学生工作者的重视。通过对教育心理学进行综述,研究教育心理学在高校学生工作中的作用,分析高校学生心理发展的现状和问题,从而提出教育心理学在高校学生工作中的应用策略。
College students are the future of the country and the nation,so student work is the most important part of the teaching work in colleges and universities.Students'psychological problems,as an important issue in social development in recent years,should arouse the attention of college workers for student affairs.By reviewing educational psychology,studying the role of educational psychology in college teaching,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of college students'psychological development,and proposes strategies for applying educational psychology in the teaching of college students.
