摘要
一个优秀的教育工作者,不但要具备丰富的专业知识和扎实的教学技能,还要掌握一定的心理学知识,能够在了解学生心理特点和变化的基础上进行各种教学活动,实现教学质量的提高和学生的全面发展。笔者结合多年的教学工作经验,对教育心理学在学生教育教学工作中的应用进行了探讨,并提出了一些个人意见和看法,供广大教育工作者参考。
An outstanding educator should not only have rich professional knowledge and solid teaching skills, but also master a certain amount of psychological knowledge, so as to carry out various teaching activities based on the understanding of students＇ psychological characteristics and changes, and realize the improvement of teaching quality and the comprehensive development of students. Combined with many years of teaching experience, the writer explores the application of educational psychology to the education and teaching of students, and proposes some personal suggestions and views, serving as references for all educators.
