技术传播性质课程的设计与实现探索——以同济大学实用英语写作课为例 被引量:7

摘要 2016中国企业语言服务市场调查显示,技术写作已成为第三大主要需求。由于国内高校尚未开设技术传播专业课程,技术写作人员自学比例高达约80%。与美国较完善的本硕博技术传播教育体系相比,我国的技术传播人才培养尚处于萌芽阶段。然而,尽管技术传播课程在我国高校中甚少开设,实际上在如ESP等具技术传播性质的课程中具有广泛的基础。以同济大学"实用英语写作"课作为案例,分析其课程设计及其实现,论证了技术传播教育在国内开展的坚实基础。 A market survey on language service in 2016 showed that technical communication had become the third most needed service in China. Up to 80% of technical communicators are self- taught, for there are few TC programs at Chinese universities. TC education is in its initial stage in China in contrast to a comprehensive TC education system from BA to PhD degree programs in the USA. However, albeit the shortage in TC programs in Chinese universities, there are other programs like ESP that bear the features of TC. This paper analyzes the course design and practice of one such course, i. e. Practical English Writing with Tongji University to demonstrate that TC education may have a firm foundation in China.
