摘要
目的:探讨中药联合粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:抽取80例4~50岁中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组使用中药汤剂联合粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗,对照组采用粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗,评价两组患者治疗前、治疗1、2、3、6个月后鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、药物总评分(TMS)以及视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)。结果:两组患者治疗1个月后,鼻部症状均呈加重趋势,TMS较前升高,组间对比无统计学意义;治疗2个月后,治疗组在TNSS及TMS评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05),但在VAS评分上无统计学意义。治疗3、6个月后,治疗组在改善上述评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合舌下免疫疗法是为中西医结合治疗中重度持续性变应性鼻炎的良好方法,值得临床推广。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sublingual immunotherapy （SLIT） by dermatophagoides farinae drops on moderate - severe persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods ： Eighty patients with moderate - se- vere allergiic rhinitis form 4 - 50 years were divided into treatment group （ n = 40 ） and control group （ n = 40 ）. Patients in treat- ment group received traditional Chinese medicine combined with sublinguals immunotherapy and those in control group received sublinguals immunotherapy. We evaluated the total nasal symptom scores （TNSS） , total medication scores （TMS） and visual ana- logue scale （VAS）of the 2 groups at five time points before and 1,2,3 and 6 months after treatment. Results：After 1 month treat- ment,TNSS, TMS and VAS of the 2 groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Two months after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of TNSS and TMS score（P 〈 O. 05） , but there was no statistical significance in VAS score. Three and six months after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the above scores（P 〈 0. 05）. After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with sublingual immunotherapy have a good effect on re- ducing allergic symptoms, the use of symptomatic drugs and the times of acute attack. For the treatment of moderate - severe per- sistent allergic rhinitis, that is a method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
