摘要
黄芪是一种豆科植物,它是一种重要的中药材,而黄芪甲苷是其主要的活性成分之一,具有多种药理活性,而它的药理作用现在正在被持续开发中,并有良好的临床应用前景,我们通过对黄芪甲苷相关的文献进行检索,并主要对黄芪甲苷的神经保护、心脏的保护、抑制癌症细胞、对糖尿病并发症保护、对肾脏的保护、对外周免疫抑制的作用、改善缺氧条件下的血管生成能力等药理作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为黄芪甲苷的药物开发应用提供参考。
Astragalus membranaceus is a kind of leguminous plant, which is an important traditional Chinese medicine. Astragaloside IV is one of its main active ingredients, with various pharmacological activities, and is widely used in the field of medicine and chemical industry. Through searching related literatures of Astragaloside Ⅳ, we mainly summarized the research progress of pharmacological effects of Astragaloside Ⅳ, such as neuroprotection, myocardial cell protection, cancer cell inhibition and diabetic nephropathy protection, in order to provide reference for the development and application of Astragaloside Ⅳ.
