摘要
目的探究益气温阳汤联合布地奈德吸入气雾剂治疗重度持续性变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月本院收治的80例重度持续性变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组行常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上行益气温阳汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能指标及炎症因子水平、中医症状积分、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的EOS百分比、Th17及IL-17、IgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的EOS百分比、Th17及IL-17、IgE水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏积分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气温阳汤联合布地奈德吸入气雾剂治疗重度持续性变应性鼻炎的效果显著,可减轻患者的临床症状,改善其免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang decoction combined with budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of severe persistent allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe persistent allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes,inflammatory factors levels,TCM symptoms scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in EOS percentage,Th17,IL-17 and IgE levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the EOS percentage,Th17,IL-17 and IgE levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang decoction combined with budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of severe persistent allergic rhinitis has a significant effect.I
