摘要
目的探讨增液汤鼻熏蒸治疗慢性鼻炎、不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻窦炎致鼻塞多涕的临床效果。方法将275例慢性鼻炎、不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为试验组(n=138)与对照组(n=137)。试验组给予增液汤鼻熏蒸治疗,对照组给予减充血剂喷鼻治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组的鼻塞、多涕症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的鼻塞、多涕评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论增液汤鼻熏蒸治疗慢性鼻炎、不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻窦炎致鼻塞多涕的临床效果显著,可有效改善鼻塞、多涕症状,降低不良反应总发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zengye decoction nasal fumigation in the treatment of nasal congestion and runny nose caused by chronic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps.Methods A total of 275 patients with chronic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps were randomly divided into experimental group(n=138)and control group(n=137).The experimental group was treated with Zengye decoction nasal fumigation,and the control group was treated with decongestant nasal spray.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of nasal congestion and runny nose in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion and runny nose in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zengye decoction nasal fumigation in the treatment of nasal congestion and runny nose caused by chronic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions.
