摘要
本试验采用GB 5413.26-2010第二法丹磺酰氯柱前衍生法,应用紫外检测器测定人乳和牛乳四个不同时期的牛磺酸含量,并进行比较分析。结果发现,人乳中牛磺酸含量是牛乳的8.2倍,为以牛乳为原料的婴幼儿食品强化牛磺酸研究提供参考。检测波长254nm时,人乳中牛磺酸出峰时间为7.556min,牛乳中牛磺酸出峰时间为7.557min。本试验采用检出范围1.0~16.0μg/m L,在此范围内线性回归方程y=738.47x-26.162,R^2>0.9999。人乳中牛磺酸定性重复性RSD%(n=6)为0.068,定量重复性RSD%(n=6)为0.943。
The content of taurine in four different periods of human milk and milk was determined by UV detector before and after derivatization with GB 5413.26-2010. Through the experimental data, the content of taurine in human milk was 8.2 times that in milk, which could be used as reference for functional milk strengthening taurine. The peak time of taurine in human milk was 7.556rain and the peak time of taurine in milk was 7.557min. The linear regression equation y=738.47x-26.162, R2〉 0.9999 was used in the range of 1.0-16.0μg/mL. The RSD% (n = 6) of the taurine in human milk was 0.068 and the RSD% (n = 6) of the quantitative repeatability was 0.943.
