摘要
用Morris迷宫学习记忆模型,就添加牛磺酸或其抑制剂β-丙氨酸对大鼠海马CA3区光辉层和前额叶锥体细胞层突触超微结构变化的影响作了比较。结果发现,补充牛磺酸的大鼠学习记忆能力提高,突触小泡的面积增加、突触后致密区的长度和宽度增加,突触间隙减小;而添加牛磺酸抑制剂β-丙氨酸的大鼠,学习记忆能力降低,同时海马和前额叶突触小泡的面积、突触后致密区的长度和宽度减小,突触间隙加宽。据此认为,牛磺酸可通过改善大鼠大脑超微结构而发挥增智作用。
To explore the mechanism of the function of taurine on improving intelligence,Morris water test maze training combined with electron-microscopic examination on cerebral frontal cortex and hippocampal synapses were used to investigate the possible effeects of supplementing Taurin or its depressor-β-Alanine. The results indicated ,adding properly taurine can improve the ability of rat's learning and memory and accompanied by the increase of the length and width of postsynaptic density, the increase of the size of vesicle,the decrease of the width of synaptic cleft,while adding β-Alanine,the results were opposition. It is concluded that taurine can improve the ability of rat's learning and memory through some ultrastructual changes.
