摘要
目的:建立牛磺酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定七维牛磺酸口服溶液中牛磺酸的含量,C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱;磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 值7.0)-乙腈(80:20)为流动相;检测波长为360nm。结果:牛磺酸含量测定条件稳定,专属性强,测定结果准确,重现性好,在0.13~4.07μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996。平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.39%。结论:本方法可作为七维牛磺酸口服液中牛磺酸含量测定质量标准。
Objective:To establish a quantitative determination for Taurine. Method:The content of Taurine in Seven Vitamins and Taurine Oral Solution was determined by precolumn derivation -HPLC ,C18 (5 μm, 150 mm ×4.6 mm) column; the mobile phase consisted of phosphate ( pH 7.0) - acetonitrile ( 80: 20), the detection wavelength of 360 nm. Results :Taurine was determined under stable condition with high sensitivity,specificity and precise results,The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.13 - 4.07 μg. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9996. The relative recovery was 99.89% and RSD was 1.39%. Conclusion:The method may be helpful to develop the quality standard for Taurine in Seven Vitamins and Taurine Oral Solution.
