摘要 应用日立 835-50型氨基酸分析仪分别测定了鲜人乳和鲜牛乳中 17种主要的游离氨基酸的含量。其中鲜人乳中游离氨基酸的含量为93.56mg/100g,鲜牛乳为24.05mg/100g,分析比较结果进一步支持了母乳喂养婴儿的建议。 The content of 17 kinds of .the main free amino acid in fresh human being milk and fresh cow milk was tested respectively by using Hitachi type 835-50 amino acid analysis apparatus. The results showed the free amino acid content in the fresh human being milk was 93. 56 mg/100g, while the one in the fresh cow milk was 24. 25mg/100g. The analysing and comparing results supported the suggestion using the mother milk to feed the baby.
