摘要
探讨新员工典型的工作不安全感与组织政治化的关系,并验证反馈寻求策略的中介作用;同时结合文化背景,辨析权力距离感知对这一关系的调节作用。208份数据分析结果表明:询问组织外部朋友在工作不安全感与组织政治化关系间起部分中介作用;权力距离感知对工作不安全感与反馈寻求策略关系的调节作用被证明。
This paper researches the relationship between job insecurity among new employees and organizational politic socialization, verifying the mediation effect of feedback seeking strategies. Meanwhile, the moderation effect of the perception of power distance on the relation between job insecurity and feedback seeking strategies is also analyzed. Using a sample of 208 indicates that feedback seeking from friends outside organization partly mediate job insecurity and organizational politic socialization and power distance's moderation effect between job insecurity and feedback-seeking strategies is verified.
