摘要
通过探讨人-组织匹配和帮助行为、建言行为这两类角色外行为间的关系,以及工作满意对人-组织匹配和帮助行为、建言行为间关系的中介作用。对上海、福建、安徽、河南等地多家企业328名员工及其主管进行问卷调查所获实证数据的统计分析表明:人-组织匹配和帮助行为、建言行为显著正相关;工作满意对人-组织匹配和帮助行为、建言行为间的关系起到部分中介作用。
This paper examines the relationship between person - organization fit and extra - role behaviors of helping or voice, the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between fit and helping behaviors, and the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between fit and voice behaviors. Data was collected through questionnaire survey from 328 individuals and their supervisors in Shanghai, Fujian, Anhui and Henan provinces. The result shows that person - organization fit has significant positive impact on the individual' s extra - role behaviors of helping and voice, and the relationship be-tween person - organization fit and helping behaviors or voice behaviors is partially mediated by job satisfaction.
