摘要
大学生就业问题是目前我国社会就业研究领域一个亟待解决的问题,也是各级政府十分关注的问题。由于缺乏相关信息和经验,大学生在就业选择上难免会受到主观因素影响。本文对个人—组织匹配视角下大学生就业选择中的个人价值观与企业价值观认同的关系进行了研究,结果表明,大学生个人价值观对企业价值观认同有一定影响。基于这一结果,作者建议企业在招聘过程中应当注重个人—组织匹配。
University students' employment is an important part of researches about Chinese social employment.Due to lack of enough information and experience,university graduates will make some subjective decisions concern working.This paper aims at finding out the connection between personal values and enterprises values under the person-organization fit perspective.The result indicates that university students' personal values are related to the recognition of enterprise values significantly.According to the result,it is suggested that firms shall pay more attention to person-organization fit in the employment process.
