摘要
科技人力资源是企业重要的创新资源。通过对合肥地区118名科技人力资源的问卷调查,对个体创新行为的影响因素进行实证研究,拟通过相关性分析、层级回归分析等统计学方法构建影响个体创新行为的模型。研究结果表明:工作满意度、工作自主性、晋升激励、上司支持与创新行为均呈正相关;工作自主性和上司支持能够明显影响个体的创新行为;工作满意度、晋升激励与个体创新行为显著正相关,但不是很好的预测因素。
Science and technology (S&T) human resource is an important innovative resource of enterprise. This study makes an empirical study on influencing factors of individual innovative behavior by surveys of 118 S&T human resources personnel in Hefei, and builds a model of influencing factors of individual innovative behavior by statistical methods including correlation analysis and hierarchi- cal regression analysis. The results show that, job satisfaction, job autonomy, promotion incentive and leader support present positive correlation with innovative behavior, where job autonomy and leader support can significantly affect the individual innovative behavior, and job satisfaction and promotion incentive have a significant positive correlation with individual innovative behavior, yet cannot serve as applicable predictors.
