摘要
反馈寻求行为是一种主动型行为,有利于员工角色绩效的提高和满足自我发展的需要,对员工的职业成长有着非常重要的作用。介绍了反馈寻求行为的定义和作用,阐述了职业成长的涵义和影响因素,分析了反馈寻求行为对职业成长的影响,总结三种通过提高反馈寻求行为以促进职业成长的方式。
With the development of economy and society,how to get professional growth within the organization has been valued by enterprises and employees in the era of borderless career.Feedback-seeking behavior,active and conducive to not only the improvement of employees’role performance but also their self-development satisfaction,plays a very important role in their career growth.After introducing the definition and function of feedback-seeking behavior,this paper expounds the connotation and the influencing factors of career growth,analyses the influence of feedback-seeking behavior on career growth and summarizes three ways to promote career growth by improving feedback seeking behavior.
