摘要
开发中等职业教育专业技能课程标准,需要有鲜明的专业技能课程观,厘清专业技能课程标准的原点、课程内容的来源、主体性要素和文本要素等一些基本问题。基于"生存与发展"课程观,专业技能课程必须采用课程标准。专业技能课程标准的原点是职业群,而不是《国家职业标准》。课程内容与要求来源于岗位职业能力,必须组织相应专家进行岗位职业能力分析。课程标准的使用、开发、组织开发与颁布者是课程标准的主体性要素。专业技能课程标准,必须由职业岗位专家、中职专业课骨干教师、职教课程专家按规范流程开发,而不是"主观预估+借鉴+经验"的产物。课程标准的文本要素包括课程的性质、设计思路、学习目标、内容与要求、实施建议等。
Developing the curriculum standards of professional skills in secondary vocational education needs to have a distinct professional skills curriculum concept and clarify the origin of curriculum standards of professional skills, the source of curriculum contents and some basic issues such as the essential elements of subjectivity and text elements. Based on the curriculum view of survival and development, curriculum standards for prefessional skills must be adopted. The origin of the curriculum standards of professional skills is the occupational group, rather than National Vocational Standard. The course content and requirements are derived from the post professional ability, so it is necessary to organize relevant experts to carry out the analysis of post professional ability. The use, development, organization development and promulgation of curriculum standards are the essential elements of subjectivity of curriculum standards. Professional skills curriculum standards must be developed by professional post experts, secondary specialized backbone teachers in vocational courses, curriculum experts in vocational education according to the standard process development, rather than the product of ＂subjective estimate ＋ reference ＋ experience＂ . The text elements of curriculum standards include the nature of the course, design ideas, learning objectives, content and requirements, the implementation proposals and so on.
