摘要
在分析心理契约理论与激励理论的基础上,分析民办高校教师心理契约特点,以及心理契约与激励机制的关系,提出基于心理契约的民办高校教师激励机制优化策略,构建基于心理契约理论的激励模型,以实现学校与教师的协同、共赢和发展。
The paper made an analysis on the features of psychological contract of private university teachers and the relationship between psychological contract and incentive mechanism on the basis of studies on the theories of the two. After that, some optimization strategies for the incentive mechanism for those teachers based on psychological contract were proposed to establish an incentive model based on the theories of psychological contract for a cooperative and win-win development of both universities and teachers.
