摘要
现代企业管理中,人力资源作为企业竞争的主导力量,其中员工心理契约问题受到越来越多地关注。大量阅读文献资料后,发现人力资源管理活动(如:招聘、培训、绩效等)对员工心理契约的影响深远。文章通过对心理契约理论的介绍,结合心理契约与人力资源管理的影响关系,从人力资源管理六大模块的角度出发,分析提出防止员工心理契约违背的有效措施,提高其工作满意度,以此来长效保障企业管理活动的顺利进行,战略目标的长远发展。
In modern enterprise management,human resources are the dominant force in the enterprise competition,and the workers' psychological contract has get more and more attention.After reading some documents,it found that human resources management activities(such as,recruitment,training,performance,etc.) have a far-reaching influence on the psychological contract of employees.The article introduces the psychological contract theory,combines with the relationship between psychological contract and human resource management,analyzes the six modules of human resources management,and proposes the effective measures to prevent the psychological contract violates and improve its job satisfaction,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise management activities and the long-term development of the strategic goal.
