摘要 心理契约已成为组织管理的热点问题。心理契约的研究维度有二维说、三维说与四维说。从测量工具而言,目前尚无统一量表。迄今为止,心理契约的研究已取得较大进展,"以人为本"的理念越来越得到凸显。 Currently,there is not a consensus scale from the perspective of measure tools.Researches on the psychological contract have obtained great achievements,and the philosophy of people-oriented is more and more obvious.
