摘要
研究了汽车覆盖件模具加工工艺模板的设计,基于PowerMILL软件以VB.NET为开发平台,利用宏命令对PowerMILL进行二次开发,建立了汽车覆盖件模具的数控加工工艺模板。应用该方法能够有效地减少操作失误,提高生产效率,而且模板的灵活性高,具有较高的实用价值。
This paper studies the mold design process template of automobile panel, based on PowerMILL software with VB. NET as the development platform. Two development of PowerMILL using macro commands, establish the NC machining process template of automobile panel die. The application of the method can effectively reduce the operation errors, improve production efficiency, and the flexibility of the template is high, and has high practical value.
