拖拉机零部件数控多加工路线优化——基于蚁群算法集成求解

摘要 数控加工路线是机床零部件加工编程的关键,针对计算机辅助设计中工艺路线规划问题,提出了一种基于蚁群算法集成求解的拖拉机零部件数控多加工路线优化算法,可根据加工元、加工方法及加工元约束条件,优化零部件加工机床路线,计算出机床最优的加工工艺路线。通过实例验证,证实了该方法可以较大程度地优化加工路线,大大节省了加工时间,提高了作业效率。 NC machining route is the key of machine tool parts processing programming.Aiming at the problem of process route planning in computer aided design,it presents an optimization algorithm of tractor parts NC multi-processing route based on ant colony algorithm integrated solution.According to the constraints of processing element,it optimized and calculated the processing method and processing element,the machine tool route of parts processing,and obtained the optimum process route of machine tool.The validation of practical examples proves that this method can optimize the processing route to a great extent,save working time and improve working efficiency.
