在对一些特殊模具进行数控加工时,加工工艺参数的选择是否合理与加工质量、加工生产率和加工成本有很大的关系。因为特殊模具的工艺过程比较复杂,计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)技术的出现与发展无疑满足了其进步和发展的需求。数控加工计算机辅助工艺设计的应用,将大大提高工艺文件的质量,更能为企业数据信息的集成打下良好的基础。
