摘要
对三菱可编程序控制器(PLC)应用于XA62W型卧式万能铣床电气控制系统的改造作了介绍,对系统的硬件组成和软件设计作了阐述。实践证明,在应用PLC进行技术改造后,该控制系统的硬件电路得到了简化,工作更加可靠,提高了机床工作效率。
Makes an introduction of the application of programmable logic controller of mitsubish to the transformation of electric control system for XA62W type universal up - down milling machine, meanwhile makes an illustration about the formation of hardware and design of software. Practice has proved that the hardware circuit for this control system has been simplified after applying PLC technological transformation to it, so that the work is more reliable, and the working efficiency is improved.
