摘要 针对PowerMILL加工电极模型时存在的编程效率低、重复劳动多、编程质量参差不齐、优秀编程工艺不易保存等问题,应用PowerMILL的二次开发接口技术以及宏录制功能,建立了关系完善的系统数据库和独立性强的系统功能模块,在VB.NET环境下,创建了能够保存优秀编程经验、完成高质量编程的数控自动编程系统。试验结果表明:该系统能将编程效率提高2—2.5倍,节省了大量编程时间,同时有效地避免了编程资源的流失。 Aiming at the problems in PowerMILL electrode-model machining, such as: low efficiency, duplication of effort, discordant quality in programming and the storage of good program was not easy and so on, a NC automatic programming system was set up which could save excellent programming experiences and finish high-level programs, by using PowerMILL secondary development interface and its macro recording function to build good-relationship system database and strong-independence system function modules under VB. NET environment. The test results indicate that programming efficiency can be increased for 2 - 2. 5 times by the system, much time is saved and programming resources are effectively avoided loss.
