摘要
在分析石墨加工特性的基础上,对放电加工用石墨电极的结构设计做了研究,并对石墨加工用刀具材料及刀具角度以及切削参数选择做了阐述。研究了石墨电极数控加工的标准工艺,对细窄筋类电极加工的特殊处理方法做了探讨,通过实际加工中的实例证明了研究结果的实用性。
Based on the analysis of graphite processing characteristics, this work presents the research of the graphite electrode structural design for electric discharge machining, and also describes the option of graphite processing cutting tool materials and the angle of cutting parameters. The standard-processing technique of graphite electrode NC machining is discussed, and the special processing method of the kind of thin and narrow electrode machining is explored. The availability of the research results is verified by the examination in practical machining.
