正交优化商洛连翘叶总黄酮超声提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以陕西洛南连翘叶为原料,采用超声波辅助提取连翘叶总黄酮。在超声频率40 k Hz固定条件下,通过单因素试验和正交试验优选连翘叶总黄酮最佳超声提取工艺。结果表明:影响连翘叶中总黄酮提取率的主次因素为时间>温度>料液比>乙醇浓度,其最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间20 min、提取温度为60℃、料液比1:30(g:m L)、乙醇浓度为65%,该条件下连翘叶总黄酮的提取率为14.60%。 Shangluo Forsythia suspensa's leaves were used as raw material, ultrasonic extraction was used to obtain theoptimal extraction conditions. Under fixed conditions:ultrasonic frequency: 40 kHz, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment was conducted to obtain the optimal extraction conditions. Results showed that the primary and secondary factors affacting flavonoids extraction rate were extraction temperature 〉 extraction time 〉 the solid to liquid ratio〉ethanol concentration , and the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature of 60 ^,extraction time of 20 min,the solid to liquid ratio of 1:30 (g:mL), and ethanol concentration of 65%.Under the aboveconditions, Flavonoids extraction rate can reach 14.60%.
