摘要
采用分光光度法,三氯化铝作显色剂,测定不同提取工艺条件下葛叶总黄酮含量,并对乙醇浓度、提取温度及用石油醚预提等条件进行了分析。结果表明:用石油醚预提、70％乙醇、80℃温度可以得到较高的提取率,在此条件下总黄酮的含量为4.05mg/g。
Determination on total flavone content from Pueraria DC. by different extraction technology with spectrophotometry and aluminum trichloride as developer and analysis on ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and preextraction by ligroin resulted that total flavone content could extracted 4.05mg/g from Pueraria DC. with preextration by ligroin, 70% ethanol at 80℃.
