摘要
苦丁茶(Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsing)又称皋卢,是我国古代南部和西南部民间的一种药用茶。总黄酮是苦丁茶提取物的主要成分之一,随着研究的深入,发现苦丁茶总黄酮具有抗氧化、抗菌、保护心血管等药理作用。为了更好地开发和利用苦丁茶总黄酮的药用价值,综述了近年来提取工艺和药理作用的研究进展,为苦丁茶叶总黄酮的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsing,also known as Gaolu,is a folk medicinal tea in southern and southwestern China in ancient times.Total flavonoids are one of the main components of Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsing extract.With the deepening of research,it is found that total flavonoids of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tsing have antioxidant,antibacterial,cardiovascular protection and other pharmacological effects.In order to better develop and utilize its medicinal value,this paper reviewed the research progress on the extraction technology and pharmacological effects of total flavonoids from Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsing in recent years,and provided a reference for the further development and utilization of total flavonoids from Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsing.
