摘要
目前,对民办高职教师稳定发展机制的研究局限于宏观政策、民办高职院校管理及民办高职教师自身等方面。创新校企合作机制,发挥校企合作平台的积极作用,在为民办高职院校学生提供实训平台的同时,能为民办高职教师队伍稳定发展发挥积极的作用,突破过去对民办高职教师队伍稳定发展问题的思维禁锢,为民办高职教师队伍的稳定发展寻找一条新思路。
Presently researches on the mechanism for stable development of private vocational college teachers are mostly confined to macro policies,the management of private vocational colleges and the private vocational college teachers themselves.To innovate the college-enterprise cooperative mechanism and to play the positive role of college-enterprise cooperative platform can not only provide a platform for vocational college students＇ practical training,but can also contribute for the stable development of teaching staff.It breaks through the thinking boundaries for the development of private vocational college teachers,representing a new approach to their stable development.
