摘要
兼职教师是高职院校教师队伍中的一个重要组成部分,也是实现人才培养目标的有力保障。在兼职教师的聘任与管理中存在数量不足、教学能力不强、选聘与使用不科学、管理不完善等问题,应采取建立兼职教师资源库,严把入口关;健全机构,完善管理制度;加强培训;建立激励机制,做好人文关怀等有力措施加强高职院校兼职教师队伍的建设。
The part-time teachers is one of important components in vocational colleges and a forceful guarantee for talents training. But some problems also arise from their appointment and administration such as insufficiency in quantity, lacking of teaching abilities. The solutions are to establish the human resource databank, improve administration, reinforce training and build incentive mechanism. These effective measures will strengthen the administration of the part-time teachers in vocational colleges.
