摘要
本文首先分析了高职院校兼职教师的重要作用。提出高职院校应从规划、来源、培训、教学质量体系等方面加强兼职教师队伍建设,从选用、健全机构、完善措施等方面加强兼职教师队伍的管理,对高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理途径进行了进一步探索。
The paper analyzed the importance of pluralistic teachers of higher school,suggested that the development of pluralistic teachers should cover design, sources, training,education quality system and part-time teachers should be administered via the section of teachers,improvement of institution,completion of measures.And it explored the development and management pathways of pluralistic teachers of higher schools.
