摘要
教师队伍发展是促进教育发展的关键,是职业教育发展的核心要素,是保障教育教学质量的核心因素之一,也是职业院校内涵建设的主要内容。本文基于2004—2013年的数据,对陕西省高职院校教师发展现状进行了调查分析,总结教师队伍发展中存在的主要问题,并提出进一步发展和完善的建议,以便为陕西省高职院校教师队伍建设提供依据。
The development of teachers is the key to promote the development of education. It is the core factor of the development of vocational education. It is one of the core factors to ensure the quality of education and teaching. It is also the main content of the connotation construction of vocational colleges.Based on the data from 2004 to 2013, the article analyzes the present situation of the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, summarizes the main problems in the development of teachers＇ ranks, and puts forward some suggestions for further development and improvement to teachers＇ team construction in Shaanxi Province.
