摘要
师资队伍的素质决定教育质量水平。行业高职院校作为教育多元情境下的一部分,为适应行业发展需要,在办学质量和师资队伍方面存在不足之处。本文通过论述行业性职业院校师资队伍情况,分析其存在的主要问题,提出了一系列行业性高职院校师资队伍能力建设的对策,为其内涵发展建立了一个基础、可持续的发展模式。
The teachers＇ competency and quality determine the education quality. Vocational colleges as an important force of diversified education system have weakness and need improvement in faculty cultivation and education quality in order to meet the development needs. By means of explaining the development tendency of faculty cultivation in vocational colleges and analyzing the major problems and causes, this paper proposed a series of countermeasures such as emphasizing teachers＂ ethics, improving teaching ability, encouraging innovation, optimizing regulation systems, and enhancing cooperation with enter- prises. Basic, strategic, systematic and sustainable paradigm for the profound development of vocational colleges was also sug- gested in this paper.
