摘要
近年来,高校大学生就业难问题日益突出。如何提升高校大学生面试能力,从而有效提高大学生求职成功率,已成为一个崭新又颇具价值的课题。文章结合模拟面试的重要性及现状分析,提出了模拟面试的设计与实施方案,并就实施过程中存在的问题有针对性的提出了改进措施,以期助力高校大学生就业创业工作。
In recent years, the college student employment problem becomes increasingly prominent. How to im- prove university students" interview ability, thus effectively increase the probability of finding a job, has become a new and valuable topic. Based on the current situation and importance of mock interviews, its design and implementation plans are proposed, and improvement measures aiming at the problems existing in the implementation process are put forward, in order to help the employment and entrepreneurship work of college students.
