摘要
该文结合大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导教学实践,对在校大学生"撰写一份职业生涯规划书、参加一次职业认知社会实践活动、进行一次职业生涯人物访谈、制作一份求职自荐材料、体验一次求职模拟面试、观摩一次校园招聘会"的"六个一"就业指导教学模式进行探索研究。
In order to improve college students' employability and entrepreneurial ability, this paper explores the teaching model of Sisaspects in the course of employment counsel for college students, which includes writing one career planning, one social activity of career cognition, interviewing one figure with career experience, preparing one resume for a job experiencing one simulation of interview, and inspecting one college job fair.
