HZ-31多孢木霉菌剂的初步研制及其对阔叶杂草的毒力作用 被引量:6

摘要 本研究选用具有高效除草活性的生防菌株多孢木霉(Trichoderma polysporum)HZ-31作为研究对象,进行菌剂的初步研制及其对阔叶杂草的毒力作用测定。通过载体和助剂的筛选,初步研制可湿性粉剂,并对其抗紫外作用、货架寿命以及对藜、猪秧秧的防效进行测定。结果表明,HZ-31最适载体为高岭土、几丁质和聚乙烯醇,这3种载体对HZ-31均有较好的抗紫外保护作用,载体对延长HZ-31的储存期效果较好,可明显增加在常温20℃条件下的货架寿命,低温保存效果更显著。菌株HZ-31可湿性粉剂对猪秧秧和藜2种阔叶杂草的盆栽除草效果显著高于单纯的发酵液。通过高效菌株HZ-31菌剂的研制,有望协调运用其他环境友好型防治技术,构建田间杂草生物防治技术体系。 Trichoderma polysporum HZ-31 was selected as a high pathogenicity strain to weeds, the development of biocontrol agents of Trichoderma polysporum HZ-31 and its effect on virulence of broadleaf weeds were studied. Proper carrier and auxiliary were screened, and wet- table powder was developed as biological herbicide dosage forms. Their resistance to ultraviolet, shelf life and control effect on seedlings of Chenopodium album and Galium aparine were also determined. The result showed that the optimal vectors of HZ-31 were identified as kao- lin, chitin and the polyving alcohol, these 3 kinds of carriers showed good resistance to ultraviolet, carriers obviously extended the shelf-life of HZ-31 under the condition of 20℃, and the effect of low temperature preservation was more significant. The control effects of wettable powder of strain HZ-31 to Chenopodium album and Galium aparine were significantly higher than that of the pure fermented liquid. The devel- opment of biocontrol agent HZ-31 was expected to coordinate with environmental friendly control technology and set up a system of weeds bio- logical control in the field.
