摘要
为了明确4种除草活性生防菌株HZ-1,HZ-31,HL-1,5号的物理性能,采用计时湿润法、质量悬浮率法、紫外分光光度法测定4种生防菌株的湿润性、热贮稳定性、低温稳定性和抗紫外性。结果表明:HZ-31菌剂的湿润性和热贮稳定性能较优,而低温稳定性和抗紫外性较差;HZ-1菌剂的湿润性一般,热稳定性、低温稳定性和抗紫外线性能较优;HL-1菌剂的热稳定性、低温稳定性和抗紫外线性能优,而湿润性等一般;5号菌剂的湿润性、热稳定性、低温稳定性和抗紫外线性能较差。综合比较HL-1菌剂的性能优于其他3种菌剂。
In order to understand the physical properties of the four biological strains HZ-1,HZ-31,HL-1,and No. 5,the wettability,thermal storage stability,low temperature stability and UV resistanceof four strains were determined by timing wet method,mass suspension method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the wetting ability and thermal stability of the HZ-31 strain was superior,while the low temperature stability and ultraviolet resistance was poor. The wetting ability of HZ-1 strain was general,while thermal stability,low temperature stability and UV resistance were superior. The thermal stability,low temperature stability andultraviolet resistance of the HL-1 strain was excellent,while the wettability was general. The wettability,thermal stability,low temperature stability and ultraviolet resistance of the No. 5 strain were relatively poor. The comprehensive performance of the HL-1 strain was better than that of the other 3 strains.
