摘要
选用高效除草活性的生防菌株多孢木霉(Trichoderma polysporum)HZ-31菌株为对象,研究该菌株最适碳源、氮源、固态发酵基质的筛选、固-液发酵条件的优化。结果表明:HZ-31最适碳、氮源为小麦粉,最适氮源为(NH4)2SO4,在PDA培养基上产孢量达6.17×108 mL^(-1),最适碳氮源培养基上产孢量达到4.45×109mL^(-1)。HZ-31最佳产孢的固态基质为麦秆糠,适宜的接种量是体积分数为40%。正交优化培养试验条件得出该菌最适培养基质含水量为37%,最适温度为23℃,发酵最适时间为8d。
The potential bioherbicide strains Trichoderma polysporum HZ-31 can cause high virulence to weeds, we selected Trichoderma polysporum HZ-31 as potential strain to study the optimum carbon, nitrogen sources, optimum solid substrate, optimization of culture conditions. The results showed that the optimal carbon is wheat flour, the optimum nitrogen is (NH4)2SO4 for HZ-31, the number of spore production on optimum carbon and nitrogen culture medium was 4.45×10^9mL^-1 , and was 6.17×10^8mL^-1 on PDA . The optimum substrate was wheat bran, the optimum inoculum was 40% volume fraction, the orthogonal test showed that the optimum initial moisture content of HZ- 31 was 37%, the optimal temperature was 23℃ and the optimal cultural time was 8 d.
