摘要
目的剖析熟人社会环境下社区卫生服务中心平台化运行中服务的提供路径,以期为中国农村地区社区卫生服务提供路径的建立提供参考。方法以上海市金山区廊下镇社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,通过剖析廊下镇辖区人口特征和卫生资源分布特征,明确卫生服务供需特征;在此基础上,从"What-做什么"、"How-怎么做"、"Evaluation-评价"等三个角度对社区卫生服务中心平台化运行中服务的提供路径进行剖析。结果基于上述分析,绘制了社区卫生服务中心平台化运行中服务提供路径图。结论在熟人社会下构建社区卫生服务中心、镇政府和村居委三方合作机制,用以厘清服务项目,有助于实现服务的有效供给;逐项纳入社区卫生服务目录是基于居民与医务人员的彼此信任,是保险之举,同时也有助于这种信任关系的加强。此外,在熟人社会开展社区卫生服务工作还需要注意参与决策主体的代表性和服务边界要清晰界定。
OBJECTIVE To dissect the service path in the operation of Langxia Community Health Service Center Platform in acquaintance society,so that to provide reference for peers in rural areas of China.METHODS Langxia Community Health Service Center in Jinshan District of Shanghai was selected for this study.It analyzed the demographic characteristics and health care resource distribution of Langxia in Jinshan District of Shanghai,clarifying the characteristics of supply and demand of health services.Deeply,it dissected the service path of Langxia Community Health Service Center from the views of＂What-what to do＂,＂How-how to do＂and＂Evaluation-how to evaluate＂.RESULTS With the analysis,it drew a service path map in the operation of Langxia Community Health Service Center Platform.CONCLUSION It proposed that construction of tripartite cooperation mechanism among community health service center,the town government and village RC to clarify the services in acquaintance society,could contribute to the effective supply of services.Meanwhile,community health service itemized into catalog was based on trust between residents and medical staff,as well as an act of insurance,which was helpful to strengthen this trust relationship.In addition,in the development of community health services in acquaintance society,it needed to pay attention for a clearly defined service boundary and representativeness in decision-making body.
