摘要
维护和谐的医患关系已成为当前医疗活动的重要课题,而城乡之间患者对医患关系的理解与处理存在明显差异。从乡村熟人社会特殊的亲缘、地缘认同入手,研究了乡村熟人社会中声誉传播反馈机制、社会资本激励与伦理约束对乡村和谐医患关系构建的积极意义,并分析了乡村医生的尴尬处境,提出了乡村医生发展的策略。
To maintain harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become an important subject of medical activities, patients from urban and rural areas have significant differences in understanding and dealing with doctor-patient relationship. This article starts from special phylogenetic and geographic relationship of country society of acquaintances. It researched the positive meanings of proposing a strategy for the development of rural doctors and for the construction of rural harmony doctor-patient relationship proposed by feedback mechanism of spread of reputation in country society of acquaintances, social capital incentive and ethical constraints, and analyzed the embarrassing situation of rural doctors, and proposed a strategy of the development for rural doctors.
