社会进步和科技发展,给现代医疗实践带来前所未有的挑战。面临新的社会环境,应对医疗体制改革新形势,需要唤起医生的职业责任感、以便使各级医师更好地履行岗位职责。文章简述了重塑医师职业精神的背景和医师职业精神内涵,阐述了重塑医师职业精神的重要意义,探讨培养医师职业精神的继续医学教育模式,旨在不断提高继续医学教育效果,培养医师的人文素养和职业精神,进一步促进医患和谐。
The social progress and the development of science and technology bring about unprecedented challenges to modern medical practice.Facing new social environment and the situation of health care system reform,it＇s needy to arouse doctors＇ professional responsibility,in order to better perform doctors＇ responsibilities.The background of constructing medical professionalism and the important significance of it are described,the connotation of medical professionalism is stated,and the continuing medical education（CME） to cultivate medical professionalism is explored to continuously improve the results of CME,to encourage medical humanity accomplishment and professionalism,and to promote harmony between doctors and patients.
