以S公司为例,介绍了特大型国有企业人力资源管理信息系统的建设及应用,重点分析了人力资源管理信息系统的功能设计、主要特点及应用成效,总结了系统建设应用的基本经验,展望了信息化提升的发展方向,为人力资源业务处理、监督管控、综合分析、共享服务提供信息支撑和保障,助推人力资源管理转型升级。
Using S Company as an example, the article introduces extra large-sized state-owned enterprise human resources management information system construction and its application, emphatically analyzes the functional design, main characteristics and application achievements of human resources management information system, concludes basic experience of system construction application, and forecasts the development orientation of upgrading information technology, so as to provide information support and guarantee for business processing, supervision and control, comprehensive analysis and shared service of human resources, boosting the transformation and upgrading of human resources management.
