摘要
大数据的本质意义在于挖掘其价值性,大数据技术改变了人类的思维方式和人力资源管理模式。大数据时代,人力资源管理在提升其战略地位、增强专业性和对业务的支撑力、扩大其对员工的影响力等方面面临机遇,但同时也面临着需改变传统管理理念、提升数据处理能力以及挤占业务部门权力空间的挑战。HR需要增强数据意识,提升数据分析能力,利用大数据技术不断优化人力资源管理各项业务。
The essential meaning of big data is the value of big data mining, and technology has changed people's way of thinking and the mode of HRM. HRM is enjoying opportunities in terms of upgrading the strategic position, enhancing the professional and business support and expanding its influence on employees. Meanwhile, it also faces the challenges such as changing the traditional management concept, improving the ability of data processing and taking away the power space of other business departments. HR needs to enhance data awareness, improve the ability of data analysis, and optimize the business of human resource management by means of big data technology.
