摘要
目的通过"一对一"护理模式对单采血小板献血者进行综合护理,保证单采血小板献血者的安全与健康,并分析"一对一"护理模式的应用效果。方法选取天津市血液中心2015年1月-2016年1月单采血小板献血者150例,随机分为观察组与对照组各75例,观察组采用"一对一"护理模式,对照组采用普通护理,比较两组献血者献血反应的发生率及献血者对献血过程的护理满意度。结果观察组献血者的不良反应发生率为4.00%(3例),对照组不良反应发生率为14.67%(11例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"一对一"护理能够降低单采血小板献血者的献血反应发生率,对保护献血者安全性起到了积极作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of ＂one-to-one＂ nursing mode（a nurse corresponds to a machine and a blood donor） in machine adopt platelet donors. Methods 150 cases of donation machine platelet donors were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in Tianjin Municipal Blood Center and randomly divided into observation group（n=75） and control group（n=75）. The observation group was given the nursing mode of one to one with the control group given the nursing mode of one to many. The blood donation reaction rates were compared in the two groups. Results The incidence of blood donation reaction rates in observation group with 4.00%（3 cases） was significantly lower than that in control group with14.67%（11 cases）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂One-to-one＂ nursing model can effectively reduce the incidence of blood donation reaction in machine adopt platelet donors and play a positive role to protect the safety of blood donation.
