摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预对首次机采血小板献血者持续献血效果的影响。方法 选取2014年5月~2015年12月本站首次行机采血小板献血者320例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各160例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予献血者心理、认知、行为等综合护理干预,比较两组护理干预效果。结果 两组护理干预后,与对照组比较,观察组首次机采血小板后持续献血及成为献血小板志愿者比例高,担心机采血小板对身体影响和存在安全顾虑人数少,献血不良反应发生率低,护理干预满意度高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对首次机采血小板献血者实施综合护理干预,可提高献血者献血的依从性和对献血服务的满意度,对机采血小板献血者的招募和保留具有积极的作用,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on continuous blood donation in blood donators receiving apheresis platelet for the first time. Methods A total of 320 blood donators receiving apheresis platelet for the first time in our station from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research subjects. They were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 160 patients in each group. The control group was given regular nursing intervention, and the observation group was further given com- prehensive nursing intervention including mental states, cognition and behavior on the basis of regular nursing inter- vention. Effects of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention of the two groups, compared with the control group, the number of donators who kept blood donation after apheresis platelet for the first time or became blood donators in the observation group were more than that of the control group, and the number of donators who were worried about apheresis platelet having negative effects on physical health and who were concerned about safety was less than that of the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower, and the satisfaction degree of nursing intervention was higher. All the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for blood donators receiving apheresis platelet for the first time is able to improve donators~ compliance and satisfaction degree to donation service, which has positive effects on the recruit- ment and retaining Of donators receiving apheresis platelet and is worthy of promotion.
