摘要
目的研究电话回访在献血不良反应者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月在番禺区中心血站出现献血不良反应的献血者400例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组200人,对照组给予常规护理,实验组常规护理的基础上,于献血后第1、3、7天进行电话回访,比较两组献血反应后和干预前、后心理状态及再次献血行为,以评价干预效果,并调查实验组对电话回访服务的评价。结果干预前,两组不良心理状态及对照组常规护理前、后不良心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,实验组干预前、后的不良心理状态和实验组与对照组的不良心理状态进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组再次献血人数比对照组多,不再献血人数比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对电话回访服务给出了高度评价,家人支持再献血评价选择是的占97.5%,增强献血者安全感和对血站信任感评价选择是的占98.0%;增加再次献血的信心评价的占99.0%,其余五个选项选择是的均为100.0%。结论对献血不良反应者进行电话回访,是一种有效且简便易行的护理服务形式,可疏导献血者不良心理,消除献血反应带来负面情绪,并得到献血者充分认可,促进其再次献血。
Objective To study the application effect of telephone visit in blood donors with adverse reactions. Methods 400 cases of blood donors with adverse reactions in Panyu District Blood Center from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 200 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in experimental group were carried on telephone visit on 1,3,7d after donating blood on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state and the blood donation behavior before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Evaluation of telephone service of experimental group was investigated. Results Before the intervenhon.there was no significant difference between the two groups in the adverse psychological state and the control group before and after the routine nursing,and there was no significant difference(P 〉 O.05).After 6 months of intervention.the adverse psychological state of experimental group before and after the intervention, compared with the adverse psychological state of control group,and there was a significant difference(P 〈 0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of blood donors in the experimental group was much less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The telephone service of experimental group had a high evaluation,and selection of family support blood donation was accounted for 97.5%.enhancing. the sense of security and blood donors on trust evaluation and selection was accounted for 98.0%,and the rest of the five options were chosen to be of the order of 100.0%. Conclusion Telephone visit in blood donors with adverse reactions an effective and simple form of nursing service.It can dredge the bad psychology of blood donors,and eliminate the negative emotions.It can get the full recognition of blood donors to promote their blood donation again.
